MONSTA X has achieved yet another fantastic feat with FANTASIA X!
MONSTA X topped Hanteo Chart’s monthly global chart for June. Hanteo Chart unveiled its monthly global chart for June 2020 that is based on authentic album purchase data from overseas K-pop fans compiled over the past month. As a result of which, MONSTA X’s 8h mini-album FANTASIA X bagged the top spot on the aforementioned global chart.
Hanteo Chart’s global chart is a new concept chart created by overseas K-pop fans. On this chart, the fans directly certify the artist’s original album they purchased. As it is based on active participation by fans the chart’s performance is very significant. According to Hanteo Chart, MONSTA X’s FANTASIA X had the highest certification rate in the United States over the past month.
Countries including Russia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Britain, Germany, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, France and Philippines, showed high certification rates in order as well.
Additionally, FANTASIA X also registered more than 100,000 copies with steady high sales during the initial sales tally. The album also ranked second on Hanteo Chart’s fifth-week album chart in May and ranked within the top 10 on the music charts for the first and second weeks of June.
The group has been on a roll ever since their comeback on May 26. MONSTA X made a stellar entry on the top ten Billboard World Albums chart for FANTASIA X for its first week. Its title track “FANTASIA” also ranked at number 19 on the World Digital Song Sales at the time as well.
Meanwhile, MONSTA X is gearing up for their exciting virtual live stream concert Live From Seoul With Luv. The concert is set to take place on July 25. It will feature the multi talented band performing some of their best hits from both, their English and Korean albums.
The virtual concert is a one of a kind event. It will seemingly include exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of the members. VIP experiences like exclusive MONSTA X merch and online meet and greets with fans will be available as well.
